The Details 

Deposits may be transferred to another date if 7 days notice is given prior to the session taking place.  There are NO refunds on cancellations, and there are NO refunds on any digital package booked after services have been rendered. 

We do not allow any photography outside of our hired photographers in our studio.  

NO. We (ARTFULLY AVANT) do not sell or give away RAW images. Our photography represents our name, and all images that you receive must comply with ARTFULLY AVANT's Standards. 

We are sure to keep our studio warm, allowing for baby to be as comfortable as possible. Since our studios are anywhere from 80-85 degrees for the comfort of your baby.  Newborns loose their body temperature fairly quickly once you unclothe them, so it's essential to keep them warm at all times.  Please dress in thin layers so that you are comfortable as well. Please dress the baby in a zip-up or snap-up onsie - nothing that goes over the head. Because it tends to wake the baby if we have to pull clothes off over the head. 

We may video your sessions for training purposes, as we're constantly striving to offer better and robust customer service to all of our customers.  

Our top priority continues to be health and safety and we taken numerous precautions at our sessions to mitigate any risk for your family and our photographers.  We scheduled only one newborn sessions per day which allows us to deep clean and sanitize all props and equipment before each session. In addition to our already high standards of hand-washing and the use of hand sanitizer throughout the session, your photographer will also wear a mask or facial covering. All persons witting the ARTFULLY AVANT Family are currently Covid-19 Vaccinated. 

We schedule sessions 6 days a week. Since sessions take approximately 1-3.5 hours, our sessions all begin in the morning. We offer plenty of time to get those amazing shots, no matter what. Sessions could run shorter or longer depending on baby. We strongly suggest you do not schedule any other appointments the day of your newborn session. 

We suggest scheduling your appointment during your second trimester, once baby is born you can call us around the first 5 - 17 days to get your newborn appointment made. This will allow us to block off time around your due date to make sure that you're a priority.
